Account and service data

We process account identity, password verifier, session and security metadata, console instance status, audit events, saved lighting shows, and encrypted LightKnight connection credentials to provide and secure the service. Passwords and authentication tokens are not stored in readable form.

Purposes and legal bases

Account and console operation are necessary to perform the service contract. Security logging and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests in operating a safe service. Legal and billing records, if introduced, are retained to meet applicable obligations.

Hosting, retention and transfers

Security and changes

We use access controls, encrypted transport, tenant-separated storage, hashed session credentials, encrypted service credentials, and security auditing. No internet service can promise absolute security. Material notice changes receive a new version date.
